this is being a little picky maybe, but I feel like it's

etc.

instead of
Why did you sing to me, that night?
I lay with you, that night
etc.

I think it's "is what she likes" in both parts. The second time, he's saying it a few times over itself, so it sounds kind of like he's saying "is what she's like.

I don't know that I hear "visits". I think maybe, but I kind of hear a stop like a p, not a v?

For those first words, I think I hear something like "Eight total" or "Atonal"

oh wait--- atonal dissonance maybe???? If you listen to the second part (easier to hear on the I Want to Live version), he says that second word in the background with 3 syllables. What do you guys think?
