I'm wondering if this song is referencing 'The Fear' as in drug related paranoia/anxiety. Hunter S Thompson coined that phrase and I myself have though "mother fuck the fear is back" when on something and the effects of it freaking me out. Anyone also think that could be the meaning behind that? Also the "What's wrong with me?" Lyric also goes along with that idea.
