given this info from the director of the show, tonight might not be the john maus one (he was in "episode 1")
https://www.reddit.com/r/milliondollare ... s_to_know/
so i guess we'll see him within the next six weeks? Sounds like the network changed a bunch of stuff around at the last minute...

daaaang i wish it was a new song :/

i wonder what the context will be, like if he's just performing the song or if it's part of the episode narrative --how much longer until the new album has a release date????

My guess would be it's political. It's a pretty relevant song for 2016.

Off topic but Jesus Christ, I had never heard of MDE/Sam Hyde until maybe a week ago (after reading this thread). Binge watched every youtube video and then watched the first 2 episodes of World Peace. Sam Hyde is fucking brilliant, his skits are like Tim and Eric but with a message, not just weird for the sake of being weird, I love everything he does. They played some pretty "hip" music in the first 2 eps (Soft Moon, Chastity Belt), the latter working perfectly as the episode ended, so Maus appearing on the show is hopefully going to work nicely. I can't fucking wait for more of this.

This shit is good. And John's music will fit the aesthetic very nicely.
