I hear the same 'smoking grill of god' line. I don't understand it, but it sounds right.

Just listening again and I kind of hear the puppet line as 'sparkling meat,' not feet. He seems to like meaty corpus in his lyrical themes.

This is a lovely lyric. I have just become so attached to it. I am going to write one of my own lyric pretty soon now. This just gave me the motivation that I needed. This is definitely why so many are attached to John Maus.
